Some beautiful reflections of my offerings…

Amy brings a conscious and intentional approach to co-creating a cuisine that nourishes the heart, soul and belly. The cuisine is an experience within itself.

I had the gift of having Amy cater our nutrition for a women’s retreat weekend.
This was the most uniquely high peak frequency experience with food my women and myself have ever experienced. The reverence for all the food and beauty of how it was delivered made each one feel like a true queen. We all left the retreat feeling the best we have ever felt with a renewed appreciation and inspiration for mindful healthy and divinely yummy creations. Thank you so much Amy for your love of the body, heart and sprit through sharing your artistry of high frequency cuisines.

The only thing more nourishing than Amy’s delicious, homemade food, is her warm and loving presence. She beautifully compliments any ceremony space.

I used to think that the old cliche about food so good it makes you cry was just that - a silly old cliche. Then I tasted Amy’s cooking. Not only did it bring tears to my eyes; it filled my heart with warmth and my mouth with laughter! This woman is the real deal. Her strawberry chia pudding is a delight, her artichoke dip a delicacy, and her bread a dream. And that’s not evening mentioning her desserts! Book Amy today.

I cannot recommend working with Amy enough. Her meals are delicious and life-giving nutritious, and she is a pleasure to have around. Amy adeptly supports sacred ceremony space energetically and her food really adds to the whole container and experience

I’ve experienced Amy’s ceremony meals on numerous occasions and it’s always a delicious delight. They are all natural, fresh, made from scratch and the perfect blend of ingredients that play off each other. On long weekends the food she prepares is always perfect blend for the palette. Either bringing the medicine to life or grounding me gently. And providing the right amount of satisfying sustenance. The soups before bed are always perfect. I’ve sat with a bowl under my nose just inhaling deeply and filled with gratitude for the hands that made it. It hits my stomach and grounds me softly right after ceremony. I admit that on a few occasions I have eaten more that my rightful portion. As a person whose stomach is highly sensitive to foods and especially after journey, I find Amy’s dishes just right for the occasion. They are made with lots of love and you can feel that!

The feasts that Amy prepares are exquisitely creative, fresh, nourishing, and beautifully presented. She specifically selects vegan, gluten free and dairy free ingredients to ground, hydrate and rejuvenate the body after two or three days of a retreat where food intake is minimal. Every time, no matter the dietary restrictions, the whole group feels loved, cared for and richly restored after her closing meals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have had the pleasure and honor of enjoying Amy’s clean, delicious and wholesome food in ceremony space and have also ordered dishes, breads and spreads for my family. I love her food so much, it warms me from the inside out! Her black sesame bread and vegan cream cheese with pickled red onions is hands down my 7yr olds favorite meal of all time and my 8yr old is obsessed with her herby mushroom quinoa dish, that itself says a lot! Amy is changing the world with her cooking and I can’t recommend her enough!
